Fascinating mountains

This trip takes you first to Nizwa the capital city of the interior of Oman ( Ad Dakhliyah) to visit both the Souq and fort of the city.
The road itself leading to the city, gives you glimpses of Oman’s geology on both sides of the asphalt road.
After you’ve visited the two sites, you will drive towards jebal ahkdar mountain for a photo stop at Wadi Bani Habib old village.( The possibility of a short walk to the village is fine).
After that drive to the village of Al Ain to test a short trek while you pass through farms and contemplate the terrace gardens flanked to the mountains.That will certainly leave you impressed by the ingenuity of Omanis when it comes to cultivating on rocks.

As you drive back down to the mountain foot, you will visit the village of Birkat Al Mauz for its old houses and its lush green vegetation intertwined with the irrigation system known as falaj.
Finally return back to Muscat to join your hotel.
